VIXX’s leader N (Cha Hak Yeon) was accepted to the army band and will enlist in March.
On January 26, N wrote on his fan cafe, “I was notified to report for active army duty on March 4.”
He continued, “My friend, who enlisted in the army when he was 20, already finished his reserve forces training, whereas I am enlisting at the age of 30. Honestly, enlisting at my age is nothing to be proud of, so I wanted to enlist quietly, but as I saw the news of others who are enlisting with me being delivered, whether they wanted it to be known or not, I also decided to deliver the news.”
N wrote, “It’s sad when I think about not being able to see you for a while, but I will just be serving my duty as a Korean citizen. Your quiet support will be of a big help to me. I am always grateful.”
N debuted as a member of 6-member idol group VIXX in 2016. He starred in dramas like ‘Familiar Wife’ and ‘Children of Nobody’ and musical ‘In The Heights.’
