On December 21st at Apugujeong, Gangnam, Seoul, in front of the Galleria department store, an opening ceremony was held for the third phase of the construction of K-Star Road.
Many, including the sinyeonhui district officer, The Gangnam borough city councillor, attended the event. Korean wave music grounds B1A4, The Bangtan Boys, Kara and April also attended the event.
