Actor Kim Minjun, on today’s ‘Hello, Counselor,’ mentions that he had an anger management issue.
The first guest of today is on the show because of her husband who becomes violent when he drives.
And, Minjun seems to understand the husband a bit because he is in the same shoes. During the show, he tries to give the couple some direct feedback on techniques for controlling anger.
He says, “Because I had a hard time standing up for myself, I received anger management therapy. Therapy can be a great way to explore the reasons behind your anger. It provides a safe environment to learn more about your reasons and identify triggers for your anger.”
He also tells him that he can’t always control the situation he’s in or how it makes him feel, but he can control how he expresses his anger.
