BTS‘s member Jimin gave a special gift to his juniors whose school is closing down.
On February 20, the graduation ceremony took place at Hoedong Elementary School in Busan. The school is being shut down this year.
Jimin, who is an alumnus of this school, donated autographed albums to all 60 students of the school. To those students who will start middle school, he donated fees to purchase school uniforms. The idea was from Jimin’s father, who felt bad about the school’s closure.
Meanwhile, BTS has been constantly doing good deeds. In January of last year, the group donated 100 million won to the families of the victims of the Sewol ferry disaster, and in November they donated 500 million won to UNICEF Korea.
